Michael has over 30 years of retail experience in the shopping centre industry. Michael has gained invaluable corporate experience with Morguard REIT, Bentall Retail Services, O & Y Properties, representing these Landlords and their shopping centre assets.
Since forming Webster Retail Commercial Real Estate Ltd., Michael has represented numerous national and regional Landlord’s as well as providing expertise to development companies, such as GWL Realty Advisors, Primaris REIT, Herefordshire Capital Corporation, Esam Construction, Canadian Commercial Developments, Glen Square Limited, Metrontario Group and Maverick Development Group.
Michael has also represented a number of national and regional retailers, financial institutions and restaurant chains, such as Sherwin-Williams Paints, Bank of Montreal, TD Bank, Meridian Credit Union, Rexall Pharmacies, Cara Foods, The Charcoal Group, Jacuzzi Hot Tubs, Pet Valu, South St Burger, M&M Meats, Wild Wing Restaurants, Thai Express, Little Caesars Pizza and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen.
