Our expertise provides support all the way through the real estate cycle, though acquisition of the project, merchandise mix, tenant leasing and assistance to the Landlord through the construction of the project. Once complete, we can and have divested the retail asset to the investment community on behalf of the client.

We represent retailers, banks and restaurant chains that require assistance in site selection in their targeted markets in Ontario. Our relationships within the development community keeps us on top of all new development projects and provide our retail clients with the best sites to consider.

Our memberships with the International Council of Shopping Centres, the Toronto Real Estate Board and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) provides our clients with access to the most complete information necessary for their success.
